Registration
Step 1: Estimation of Numbers:
To provide us with initial planning information, every country intending to participate in the competitions is requested to estimate the number of participants in each competition event and submit their completed "Estimation Form" to registration@rs2010.org by 21.12.09.
Please note that you will NOT be held accountable for the numbers submitted on the estimation form. They are for initial administration purposes only.

Step 2: Accommodation reservation and payment of deposits:
Submission of the National Organisation’s closest estimated number of people requiring an accommodation package to be reserved. Please update the Estimation form and email it to registration@rs2010.org (names & package details not required at this time).
It is a FISAC policy that all competitors, judges & coaches must take one of the offered accommodation packages. The £100 per person deposit needs to be paid by 15th March 2010 to the bank account given in the Bank Details.
It is not the intention of the organiser to contract the National Organisation to the number of package deposits paid. For example, if a National Organisation pays a deposit for 100 persons & by mid May the final number is only 95 the difference will be used towards the final payment.
Please be aware, the accommodation will only be guaranteed for the number of people for which deposits have been paid by15th March 2010.
Step 3: Final registration
Submission of the National Organisation's Final registration including all details and final payment by 15th May 2010 consisting of the following four elements:
-
Each country is requested to fully complete the Registration Form including all details of every person (competitors, coaches, officials, parents and spectators) taking a package (staying on site). Please carefully follow the instructions on the form concerning grouping competitors in teams and allocating team identifiers. The completed form must be submitted by Email as an Excel file together with one JPEG photo file for each person to registration@rs2010.org before 15th May 2010. (An example of how to complete the form is included in a second table in the file.)
Important note:
All registration forms will be time stamped when received by the system.
Registration forms from non-member countries and incomplete forms will be automatically rejected.
No athlete name changes to the form will be accepted once submitted without first written permission from the FISAC-IRSF Secretariat.
Any registration forms, emailed or received after midnight GMT on 15th May 2010 will be automatically rejected. -
One Articles of Understanding Form must be completed and signed by every person (competitors, coaches, officials, parents and spectators) taking a package (staying on site). Each form must have one picture attached to be valid. Each country must submit all such forms by post (e.g. as original paper documents) in time to arrive at the FISAC-IRSF Secretariat (see below) before 15th May 2010.
-
One Release and Indemnity Agreement must be completed and signed by every person (competitors, coaches, officials, parents and spectators) taking a package (staying on site) and attached to the corresponding Articles of Understanding Form. If a person is under the age of 18, this form must then be signed by a parent or guardian. Each country must submit all such forms by post (e.g. as original paper documents) in time to arrive at the FISAC-IRSF Secretariat (see below) before 15th May 2010.
-
An Email from each country to registration@rs2010.org stating the date when the final payment was made to the event bank account (see Information / Flyer Page 2) and the amount paid. A scanned copy of the payment order should be attached to the Email.
Please note that people who do not submit both of the above forms will not be allowed to participate in any competition. The above mentioned forms will be matched with each competitor’s passport during the onsite competition registration verification.
All people attending the 2010 World Rope Skipping Championships (either the FISAC or the World Youth Tournaments) as a competitor, official, coach, parent or spectator are requested to take out their own travel and accident insurance before entering the UK.
